Going a bit mental...

Right, so my daughter is on a par with Imelda Marcos for shoes...but yesterday Footlocker called me (ps; Chris made me go in to check out the funky trainers) and i spied the MOST beautiful little sneakers in the world!!

I couldn't help myself. HAD TO GET THEM FOR HER!!! They are tooooo cute! My daughter is now a funky little sneaker owner!! Hahaha!!!

Note; Lee is not my friend now...... Hahaha!!

Sitting in Marks and Spencer's, waiting outside the changing room for Leo to try on a suit. The cafe is behind me and i get the whiffs of toast, beans, sausages and the noises of cutlery and tea cups, chairs scraping and families chatting. (brings back memories of working in Bewleys!!)
Then i get to thinking, why the hell do all department stores have cafes!!!?
Have visions of women all tressed up, with hats and gloves, making their day trips into town to do their seasonal clothes shopping...followed around by suck up sales assistances and taking lunch in the cafeteria!
Then leaving in their carriage with stacks of hat boxes filled with tissue paper and clothes!
